RWS认证

　　近日，快时尚品牌H&M屡屡向大自然表忠心。8月底，它才宣布要每年拿出100万欧元来开发旧衣循环改造技术，没过几天，它又和国际人道对待动物协会HSI展开了合作，这样就开辟了新的合作标准(Responsible Wool Standard)RWS责任羊毛认证标准。

　　RWS认证的这次合作的目的不仅要规范H&M对于动物皮毛或其他身体部位的使用，还将在全球范围内全面禁止美妆产品的动物实验。目前具体了解到的细则包括：禁止使用安哥拉兔毛、活鸟或强行喂食的鸟类羽毛;保护取毛动物的健康;避免出售任何珍惜和濒临灭绝的鸟兽的皮肤;只接受奶牛、水牛、绵羊、山羊、鱼和猪的皮，因为这些是常见的人工养殖动物。

　　在细则中，H&M对衣服中常见的羊毛制品也有了更严格的要求。它专门制定了一个”负责羊毛标准”(RWS)，保证从2015年开始，H&M只用专业机构的认证羊毛，从前禁止取用活羊的带毛嫩腰部位的立法标准还将继续完善。 Extile Exchange透露，已有15家品牌商和供应商承诺他们会遵循「责任羊毛标准(Responsible Wool Standard, RWS)」。

　　这项标准于(2016)年年初发布，为该产业提供了牧羊业的动物福利和土地管理实作的基准，并提高了可追溯性。

　　该标准旨在为产业提供的工具，用以验证全球牧农能做到的实践，确保羊毛来自符合人道对待的羊，以及来自以渐进方式管理他们土地的农场，并建立农民、消费者和品牌之间的沟通和理解。

　　该标准还提供从农场到*终产品的健全监管系统链，以确保消费者对RWS产品的信心。

　　Textile Exchange表示，目前已有15个品牌做出承诺，包括H&M、Marks & Spencer、William-Sonoma、Patagonia、Eddie Bauer、REI、Eileen Fisher、Tchibo、Varner、Vaude、Coyuchi、Mountain Equipment Co-op、Deckers、Kathmandu、Knowledge Cotton Apparel。

　　此外，其他包括LL Bean、Arcteryx、Indigenous Designs、Nau、Point6和prAna在内的10家公司也已表示支持该标准，并正在努力加入实施。

　　同时，羊毛供应商如Rambler's Way、Imperial Stock Ranch、New Merino Australia、Oviz 21、Chargeurs、ABMT Textiles、Lanas Trinidad和Lemprière已经提出他们对RWS的承诺，而其他一些羊毛供应商也参加了建立RWS供应链的全球培训活动。

　　迄今为止，RWS已过试点审核、校准并应用于不同规模、地理区域和，包括澳洲、纽西兰、美国、阿根廷、中国、英国和南非等的羊毛养殖场。RWS也被澳洲羊毛交易所(AWEX)羊毛拍卖交易系统列为品质保证的证明，允许澳洲的羊毛养殖者和中介商註册他们通过RWS认证的羊毛。

　　Introduction - RWS Implementation Manual

　　The RWS Implementation Manual provides interpretations and clarifications for the Responsible Wool Standard (RWS). All guidance given in the manual shall be considered binding to Certification Bodies (CB) working with, and Organizations certified to, the Responsible Wool Standard. For interpretations and clarifications regarding the Content Claim Standard please refer to the CCS Implementation Manual.

　　This manual will be updated regularly to address areas of uncertainty or to give further detail in the application of the standard. It is up to all users of the standard to regularly check for the most current version of the manual found at responsiblewool.org. The manual will not change or alter any criteria of the standard, but rather is intended to support correct and consistent application of the standard.

　　CBs are to use the guidance and assessment requirements found in the current version of the RWS Implementation Manual for their clients at the time of their Certification.

　　Whenever there is an update to the manual, TE will inform all CBs and Organizations will be assessed against the new version of the manual during their next annual Certification.

　　If it is a significant change, TE will communicate to CBs that they shall communicate to all Certified Organizations that changes should be made as soon as possible, but will not require compliance with the newly added requirements until their next annual certification.
